Ya we are looking forward to that pull, we are pulling a different sled. Let me know what you guys are running and how it compares to the our rules I am sure we can figure out a way to get you guys in. I always enjoy hooking with new people. richard_alexander@rocketmail.com email me if you want and I will run it by the class reps.or give you their numbers

That is a cool truck it was very comp when it was here, I did see the hood get blown off that truck one night when in one up in crossville. Something about a solonoid getting stuck and then trying to start it back up after it died at the end of the run. lol It is going to be fun. It sounds like you guys will have more trucks there than we will. Tell me a lil more about the area we are going to we are thinking about coming on down on Friday night, Also my wife wants to know how close she can get to the track with a vehicle we have a 5 week old now and she doesnt want to have her out in it but she wants to come. She made her first pull at two weeks but never left the car.

Thanks Alan,
It was pretty funny. Last week the 4 yr old told me that I needed to hurry up and get our old truck running again so she could drive it at the pull. She also told me after a pull that I could have done better and maybe I need to try a little harder next time. I asked her If I could sell a few of her Barbies to buy some new parts and she changed her mind lol...

I am sure it shouldnt be an issue for you guys to pull unless you run aluminum headed 572s lol what are the differences in your trucks from ours I was going to call riggs last night I just got in a late from a t ball game that got rained out.
You guys will have to take it easy on us it will be on your turf with a sled you guys have pulled with before.

"very much, j/k! hes a real pbr rider! he has been hit in the head a lot though!"

"PBR" = Pabst Blue Ribbon Rider huh" So you'r nicely saying he stinks as a bull rider... Must be cuz a good rider would be "Coors" or a "Miller" rider.. j/k I do know what PBR really stands for. LOL

Alan I plan on being at Danville as long as the truck checks out ok, it is still in pieces right now, tranny is ready to go back in, need to shim the clutch, need to work on the front end and no I did not get to the valve springs I will probably try to limp it through the season lick my wounds and move on for next season.
