I just got off the horn with the manufacturer of the machines.

It sounds like you're having a problem with the pressure hose not staying attached (blowing off) inside the machine. There is a very simple fix: (1) I can walk you through how to fix the condition over the phone. It'll take you about 2 minutes to fix it. (2) I can also get you a replacement hose and the two retaining clips. Either way, let's get this taken care of so that you can put this baby to work.
