We have a customer that rebuilds transmissions for about a dozen transmission shops in Houston. This way the transmission shop will take out the old one and replace it with one on their shelf and then send to old one to be rebuilt at this guys shop. The guys office area gets trashed with all kinds of grease and transmission fluid etc. He usually only wants it cleaned when it gets real bad too. So we will take a Cimex with Releasit DS mixed at 8 oz a gallon and scrub the carpet real good and get out the gum. After this it looks ok but not good enough so we bring in our Butler and extract the carpet real well and use extra dry passes. Then we go back over it with the Cimex / Releasit combo and it turns out great. We do charge extra for this though.

I would imagine on the pink stain that is left that you are talking about you might have to use something like red relief to finish getting the pink out. Good luck.
