Hi Jason:

A lot depends on the degree of soiling. The Fiber Plus pads do an excellent job of agitating and in most commercial applications, this is all that is needed. However, when you have a lot of soil load or simply want to physically remove some of the soil instead of just completely relying on the product to encapsulate the soil, you can find the use of bonnets very beneficial.
