Diffrenz between french/italian manga

Hello CE fans,

I have a question:

Is there any diffrenz between the French manga editon which is 10 issues long and the Italan which is 18 issues long like the origanl Japanes.

And,

I have seen some scans from the french manga which are colured, is this a special editon or something and where I can buy it.
