Try looking in your local phonebook under county adoptions. Or if you're interested in a private or international adoption, look in the yellow pages. I've adopted both through my county and internationally. County adoptions are usually very inexpensive or free but sometimes it's hard to get a newborn. International and private adoptions can be very expensive. With any adoption, the waiting process is the hardest and the whole process can be very emotional. Adoption is not for the emotionally frail. Only strong, determined folks make it through the process successfully. Good luck!
