you are so right about wanting to bring how do i look into a different state/states, because I live in Kansas with my mom and believe me when i say that she needs a makeover, and I wanted her to be on the show "how do i look?" but there's no way that we could go to California. So I am all in with you and trying to bring "how do i look?" into some different states. So keep trying to get their attention, and they will most likely listen to you.
PS: where do you live and what state do you want "how do I look?" to move too? I also noticed that you said that your mom needs a make over too, what is wrong with your moms look? I am 14 and want my mom to feel good about her self and to be able to show her personality though her clothes, and to also look her age. My moms look is: dull; boring; not up to date or in style; shows none of her great personality and most of all it's... not fun or exiting.
