While viewing T.V. tonight I happened upon a show concerning 9-11. This got me thinking about the 100th episode of How Do I Look, and what an inspirational show if was. We can all feel alone at times in our circumstances. We can not underestimate at these times what an act of kindness can mean in the lives of others. Even something as small as a smile can help lift the spirit of the person who needed it at the time. Finola, who has one of the most beaufiful smiles, gave much more on this episode. The looks on the faces of the design team and on the children's faces as they watched each teacher walk out said more than words ever could. The delight of the school staff when Finola said they would also receive gift certificates was evident. It is easy to forget that there are so many people still trying to find their way after going through such devestation. I believe this show helped to bring light to a situation that still exists. It also brought joy to these people who were blessed to be a part of it. I so enjoyed watching it! |
