| I have heard on the grapevine that some one has suggested that we put the licence up so we can contract out the work parties as we cant get the lazy anglers out for a couple of hours on a Sunday mourning i wonder if he is having a laugh Ha,Ha,Ha,. |

I agree, with the lack of members turning up for working parties it is only right to increase permit prices so these jobs can be contracted out as its the same people turning up every time,with 680 members last year less than 5% have turned out to help YOUR club with bank clearing,peg repairs and weed at Marions
If you don't think prices should incease come down and help out,otherwise adhere to rule 21 in your permit |

I don't mind helping out with work parties, but how do I know when/where they are taking place. Give us a bit of notice and I (and others) will help out. The club book only seems to give winter 'parties'.

Look in your permit for Fisheries Management Team
There are 5 contacts who can inform you of work party dates and venues
There is a work party this Wednesday at Marions at 6.00pm to 8.30pm to clear the weed.
Bring with you a rake/fork if possible | |
