Lightmoor is on fire at the moment. No it isn't really on fire, but the fishing is brilliant. Bank holiday Monday saw me catch 150lb of fish. This included roach and rudd to 1lb+, f1 carp to 2lb, common & mirror carp to 9lb plus one slimey eel that was about 2lb. The baits on the day were maggot fished on the feeder, spicey prawn & shrimp boilie fished on the ledger, but the bait that really did the business was *i** **a** fished on a size 10 hook with ****n pieces inside a large maggot feeder. Sorry about the last bit but I can't give away all my secrets. If you can fill in the blanks to find the bait then I hope it works for you as well as it has done for me.
