I myself hate smoking. The smell drives me insane . . . but my opinion beside, I would never write Johnny smoking in any of my fictions. I need it pictured in my mind, and Johnny smoking just doesn't register in it.

I agree with Gagemickmin. I personally would never write Johnny as a smoker in any of my fictions, either.

As for Randolph, I guess so. Why? I noticed a "pack" box in his uniform/civilian shirt on the show while Emergency! was being filmed. There is one episode that Johnny once smoked with Chet Kelly. That means that it could be true if Randy smokes in his real life. I could be wrong. Only God knows?

He quit smoking. But he smoked when the series was begin filmed. Not only can you see a pack in his pocket in most episodes, there's a photo of him floating somewhere on the web smoking in his E! attire. I did a quick search this morning but couldn't locate it. I'm putting off what I should be doing, LOL.

He finally DID quit smoking? yay That's great for him!
I have that picture you're talking about, Tig - the one where KT and Wilt Chamberlain are sitting in the car in the background, and RM is squinting and his hand shows a butt smoking? I can try to find it for you if you want, although I'm sure you have it at the ready by now! hehe
There's also one by "Emergency! Memories" where KT is sitting in the squad smiling at RM, who is standing by the door with a lit butt in his hands and his tongue sticking out (and his helmet on). I think it's there right now (11/21). It's cute!

Oh, I see. I didn't know that Randy already quit smoking. I thought that a lot of actors/actresses have smoked due to the stress of filming TV shows and movies plus real-life complications. Anyway, when you find it, please let me know and post it here. Thanks.
