Hey, I love the forum here, but wouldn't it be a great idea for someone to open a chatroom as well? I would love to chat with all of you guys. I'd even be willing to set one up. What do ya think?

I thought there was one here, but I could never figure out how to use it,( but I am an old lady and have never chatted). It's probably a good idea, I just stop by the board several times a day to see if anything is new, but I could try chatting again if people want to.

I just learned how to use a chatroom for a course I'm doing and it's turned out not to be that hard. I would love it if we got a chatroom going.

There is a chatroom with this forum, but I'm not logged in and don't have the info handy and am about to hit the sack....

My favorite form of chat remains in IRC chat...it was the first chat I discovered and I guess I formed an attachment to it, LOL. I loved sending wav files & stuff...it was fun! Currently I chat with AOL's IM, and my son uses Yahoo. Lots of options!

IRC is a little more complicated because you have to download and install a program to be able to use it, and we'd have to find a server and create a room (I could do that) but it's all free as far as I know. If anyone has ideas I'm all ears.
