I recently purchased a custom Road Champs Police car on Ebay and unfortunately the decals were poorly applied. A decal is partially hanging off on one side and bubbled on another. I was wondering if it is possible to repair them with some sort of solution. Does anyone have experience with repairing decals I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
