WANTED: 1/18 NYPD Decals and Customizing Accessories

I am just beginning to collect die cast models and thought I'd try my hand at a little amateur custom work. Can anyone tell me where to find commercially made (or really good custom made) 1/18 NYPD decals? I am looking for both the early 90's (blue car) and current (white car) decals. Also, can anyone tell me where to find general customizing accessories (light bars, push bars, etc.)in 1/18 scale? Everything I find is 1/24 or 1/43. Please contact at e-mail above.
