I have bought Garden Grove, Ca (PD) decals for 1/24 & 1/43 scales at a store called "Accuscale" in Westminster at the southwest corner of Edward & Westminster, near the mall. They are for the K-9 unit and good quality.

I make decals of any size and these decals must be cut out but are very durable, i also have a lot of push bars for 1/24th scale vehicles, don't know if this will help

We are now taking pre-orders for the Cruiser 1 Custom Road Champs Premier. The cruisers should arrive by mid spring.
These cruisers will arrive ready for decals and require no stripping of side logos and/ or stripes...clean cars straight from the factory...exactly what we have been waiting for...available exclusively through Cruiser 1.
You will not find these cars offered anywhere else. Any other cars that are advertised in the 43rd scale as "not requiring stripping" have been stripped elsewhere, and not at the factory.
The cruisers are $4.41 apiece with no minimums and will be designed on a new Road Champs white, Ford Crown Vic Police Interceptor with a blue and red lightbar, and a 2001 rear license plate.

You may want to try stores for something like that. Using the major sports team logos, etc. requires permission that is not easy to get. All that is licensed, etc. It took awhile to do one college football team and that was a fictious car.

The annual Capitol Toy and Train Show will be held Saturday December 9, 2000 at the St. Paul, MN Armory from 9 AM until 2 PM. The Armory is just north of I-94 at 10th and Cedar south east of the State Capitol building. Most brands of diecast will be available.

There are 2 eBay auctions going right now. 495154383 is for 30 plus cars and is at $100 right now. 499818354 is for 123 cars and will go for much higher because it also has display cases. Keep on searching the auctions. I have found a lot of good deals to boost my collection. I also have a number of state and city cars for sale if you are interested.
Ebay is probably a good choice for Road Champs since they discontinued they're older cars. Be careful of high prices though. Some cars are offered at inflated rates, but are not all that rare. Check Big Lot stores in your area as sometimes they have some older cars.
Both Carorama Customs and Signal Customs have currently invested two new industrial printers. This new print process is more detailed then the Alps or home printer printer. Plus in most cases as detailed as screen printing with better color matching possibilities. Plus no min orders with this print process. You can order just one car.

I recently bought a 1/43 scale CHP new style crown vic
at a TESCO grocery store in Glasgow Scotland UK,where I live.I don't see this model featured on your list.
The model is actually quite good value and I would describe it as being better than a roadchamps .
The model is released with Tescos own packaging .The
Vector lightbar is very good indeed.The only part I don't think is too accurate is the K9 legend in gold
on the rear doors.Its a nice model though.Its worth adding to your list of Highway Patrol Vehicles.
I hope the store get some more in,as I have some conversions in mind.
