I bit the bullet and re-installed Windows (I ended up using the recovery CD, which worked out okay). Needless to say, I have to go back and re-install a crapload of software. Thus, as of this moment, I am Gimpless.
I've been extremely busy lately, so I'm not sure when I can get around to working on your banner.
I'll get around to it sooner or later, though
