...Actaully I think I'm going to dremel out the dies a little, and try the old sand internal trick.
Also thought about another idea I've been playing around with.....do you know that stuff you buy in a can the - spray insulation. Well that stuff expands at like a variable of 10(a lot). If sprayed internally in a pipe, should at least double the strength of the pipe, or close to it, based on internal pressure. Was thinking about trying that....
