it's becoming a weekly thing I tellya. There was a kid in there, looked to be about 15, maybe 16, getting parts for a bike he was puttin' together. Richard (shop owner) gave him what he needed, he paid and skeedaddled. As soon as he left, the other 3 guys (customers - all older) looked at each other and then looked at Richard and said, "what the hell is that kid buildin?"
Richard, says,"Hell, I don't know. . . I think he said he's putting together a 97 softail."
I wish I woulda started that young. . . then I could have had that feeling of not knowing what the hell I'm doing over with by now. But at least I'll know by the time my kid is 16 so he can figure it out early. . . if I ever have one.
Later,
