I hate hearing that kind of stuff. The job stuff, the misunderstanding stuff. I can help on one part of it. If you want the instructions for setting up the smileys, let me know. It's a simple JavaScript, but you need to host the smileys on your own server. N54 doesn't allow you to link to them from where they keep them, but you can store them in your N54 folders. You can also have the welcome script that shows the name of the person while they're here. Just let me know. I'll e-mail it to you because if I try to post it here, it activates the script rather than showing the code. (it's easier to e-mail it than to change it all to ASCII code).
