Nothing drastically wrong, but your kicker is mistimed one tooth. The kicker arm doesn't lay down like that on a new motor. Usually what happens is when the seal is changed on the kicker shaft, the (half) gear is pressed back on one tooth off.
Real nice bike. I like everything except that square box on the front. Round "organic" (way too much college here) looking everywhere except that pesky right angle box thingy.
BSAs are better than Triumphs, but Nortons are best of all.
