Jesus Christ might have been crucified by the Illyrian soldiers who predominated in the famous Roman Praetorian Guard. According Edwin E. Jacques who in the book "the Albanians" page 139 writes:

But let's assume that the soldiers were Illyrian. So what!! They did not give the order for Jesus' execution! But why Illyrian, what if they were Italian or German, or Gaules!

Albanoi are listed as an illyrian tribe. that word came up about 130AD. Albanians might have something from the Illyrians, but the Illyrians have nothing from the Albanians, that's for sure. And the word matching is only the proof that Albanians took the words from Illyrian, nothing more. Like Bulgarians took the alphabet from the greeks, plus a lot of words. The same way west nations have words from latin etc ... Or you will start to claim now that Germans were Roman? :D

If Albanians took the words from Illyrians, means that they were in contact with each-other. But by that time, I don't see any "migration" of Albanians in antique history! What I see is: Illyrians were conquered by Romans and then half of Illyria went to Byzant...and then...the Otoman Empire...(Where Skenderbeu fought against)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
