What I only appreaciate in that project is the basic consept. SINPAS is such a big company but it seems their profit consideration prevents them to sign much more successful projects.
It's like combination of two projects. Those high rises reminds me Swiss Hotel behind of Dolmabahce Palace that destroys the historical texture. It would be better if they had built traditional villas or short blocks on rising hills behind of the mansions. Private swimming pools had turned it into a aqua city. It would be better if they were behind of the mansions again. They had built only 3-4 types of imitations and I think they could have been much more for a better and serious project.
I think they had better improve transportion facilities first. There are hundreds of residental projects next to it and they are close with organized industry zone. I had to witness awfull traffic jam there once.
To sum up, I personally didn't like.
Above all, waking up to that sight starts from six zeros...
