The U.S. government cannot continue this lop-sided blame on Hamas for the crisis. Ask Secretary Rice to urgently express deep concern about Israel's disproportional response and its policies which have brought the Gaza Strip to the brink of humanitarian disaster.

Civilians in Gaza, already trapped in disgraceful humanitarian conditions, are victims of Israeli air strikes and intensified attacks. Israeli blockades of humanitarian supplies continue to deny Palestinians the food and medical supplies they desperately need.

Join Amnesty International in calling for Secretary Rice to:

Americans used to say that the pen is mightier than the sword, but this hasnt been the case for US and Israeli aggression. The success the two regimes have had in instilling fear into their populations is part of the explanation for the impotence of morality. Another part of the explanation is that vested interests are a powerful constraint on morality.

Israeli aggression??? What the f.vck are you talking about? Israel has put up with Hamas and other Palestinian groups firing missles into Israel since they withdrew from Gaza. You know this is true, yet you only concentrate at Israeli response to it.

Where did Hamas screw up? Israel was okay with the rockets sent over by Hamas, but losing patience. What pushed Israel to act is the fact that Hamas had acquired dozens of Iranian-made Fajr-3 missiles, which had given Hamas the ability to strike Israel's only nuclear facility.

Now, I know that if someone miles away had the ability to cause grave damage and casualties to your neighborhood, you would act and you would act immediately.

It is not the Palestinian people. It is Hamas and all the Palestinians knew that when Hamas won control over Gaza, that it would be trouble. THEY WERE RIGHT.

And your incredible example of a scene after IDF attack In Gaza 1/1/09 was actually a Hamas weapons parade of 2005 where some of their weapons blew up and killed a bunch of Palestinians.

But it is good that you did this. It is a prevalent policy of terrorists to deceive the public, and direct public detest toward the wrong party. This is a media propaganda war waged by the terrorists and it is an old strategy.

For instance, here is an example of stupid propaganda coming from the media:

The caption reads:

" An elderly Iraqi woman shows two bullets which she says hit her
house [emphasis added] following an early coalition forces raid in the
predominantly Shiite Baghdad suburb of Sadr City."

[linked image]

Well, if you know just a little about weapons and how they work, you can deduce that the bullets the woman is holding were not fired at her house, but thrown at her, if that actually happened.

And people fall for this bvllsh.it

And evidence the "Green Helmet guy" from the Qana, Lebanon July 2006 was a fake:

This is propaganda folks. this is when they make one side look like a villain and look evil.

They do this all the time in war; It's a standard.

You must first need to know that whom Hamas has been created. It was created by US and Israel so that it would create a threat for El-Fetih. It has already been mentioned by Israeli authorities that they need the nationalism of which such terror events cause. Likewise, Hezbollah's anti-Sunni ideolgy comes from Western policy to cause a fit between Muslim countries, not from Shia people's point of view.

Would you also say the same for Greek attacks toward Macedonians(Slavs) at the begining of the 20th century?

Mako,
Your most brilliant propagandist technique will yield success, one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly...it confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over.": Joseph Goebbels, Nazi Propaganda Minister.
