Why Feral Indians??

by John Bamburg

It seems to me that Weyerhouser would certainly pay to have Bigfoot eradicated.
Even in the 60s, the fact that Bigfoot is found to be real and living in remote areas, would be a significant threat to the timber harvesting rights, the company had purchased at extremely small sums from the US government. Just as it would today.
I have no doubt that even today, these large companies do horrendous things to protect their profit margins. Weyerhouser is not a small logging operation. They are a massive international operation. They were in the 60s and they are today. Truly massive.
Even today they are being fought tooth and nail by conservationists in South America and on other continents for the way they are stripping the rain forests, ruining wildlife habitat and yes, even displacing and killing indigenous people.
Granted, Weyerhouser isn't actually doing the killing, but they are hiring folks to move those indians and they are not picky about how this happens as long as they are gone when the logging trucks arrive. Just my two cents
