a correspondence course would tell you the best type of wood to burn, how to start a fire without matches, best conditions for cooking, etc., etc. Googling is ok and that's what most of us do. It's not very interactive though and one may as well get a credit while they're at it for those too lazy to take math or science. In any case, learning is learning no matter what the format.
