It's true, polygraphs are often beaten, case in point: Bob Heironimus!!
But a sworn, signed affidavit is a FORMAL sworn statement of fact signed by the affiant or deponent and witnessed as to the authenticity of the affiant's signature by a taker of oaths, such as a commissioner of oaths. You can't fake that and lying will come back to bite you in the backside in a court of law.
I guess the burning question I have is why not just end the speculation by taking the polygraph & signing the affidavit? We're easily talking about ending speculation at a cost of only 15 minutes out of Bob and John's day.
Mr. Paulides made it abundantly clear, in the affidavit he sent John (and John made public) that
it would be at no cost to John and clearly the Paulides professionals would come to him at his home.
Why go through all this other nonsense, especially the blatant denial of the presence of
Johns good friend, Bob Titmus who everybody recognized except John.
