One of the things that abductees claim is that abduction is hereditary. If that is the case then I guess not just anyone can be abducted. Abductees claim it is a family thing, starting with great grandmothers and down to the present. If you have been abducted then it's likely your mother, father and grand parents were too.
The reason given is the genetics, they only take from a genetic pool.
This may explain why they don't grab just everyone. Not sure myself, but it is interesting.
