he has mentioned having a permit to go into that area that is restricted. On an earlier video he wanted to find out how far his FLIR would work...that's how he probably knows. Watch some of his other videos...I have his site bookmarked and I check on it once a day to see if he's discovered anything new. I'll let you know if he does.
