in North Tulsa, they shoot at everything but a wild cat.
i'm waiting on SportCenter to have a Shooting of the Night segment live from Pine and Apache, complete with tailgaters.
I spend alot of time up there and there are alot of people that now speak a version of ebonics up there that isn't quite fully documented and researched. I couldn't figure it out until one of the locals couldn't translate either.
come to find out, alot of the the adults and children come from Katrina refugees. they are speaking a mushmouth type creole, ebonic dialect. its actually comical watching the locals look at them puzzled in their speach. i mean the locals are well versed in numerous urban tongues, they are at a loss in carrying on conversations with them.
consenquently, numerous LEO's have told they are behind alot of the crime as well.
