I have this set up around my house, and you can spot a fly on the bumper of the car in the street 40 yards from front door...
since it is IR, and from what most of us believe they can see in the IR spectrum, this would eoither get a crystal clear video, or acr as a deterrent to keep them back away from the house...
i am going back to south ark where I had my stightings years ago for a month in july, and using a setup like this, unless I can find one in thermal, of they make one? and of course the cost
