A close look at the video shows that the "monster" never really goes anywhere but looks like it is slicing through the water due to the rapid current. This object is something stationary that appears to be swimming rapidly through the water. Possibily some sort of long flowing debris caught on a snag and as the water rushes past it, makes it look like it is undulating, like a snake. Good case in something we think we see isn't really the case.
