It would be nice if you could just buy American made products, but more and more you don't have a choice. There is not much at all you can buy that's made in this country anymore. From hardware to plywood and clothes and even steel goods all come from somewhere else. I don't think you can find a made in USA air conditioner or any appliance anymore. Sad but true.......I used to think it was just a conspiracy "theory" when I read about the planned deindustrialasion of America but we are watching this unfold now. Looks more like a fact now. I read somewhere that in the last 10 yrs. there's been over 40,000 factorys close up shop in the US. Not good..... they probably won't be back........ |
