I agree that there is a connection between children going missing and bigfoot. I have a friend that is a member of the Cherokee Tribe. Years ago, he told me of an incident that happened to him near the Stillwell, OK area. He was four or five years old at that time and lived in the country. He told me that while he was playing outside behind the house, a "bear" walked up to him and picked him up and began to walk towards the tree line. He was not afraid during the incident until he heard his mother screaming. He remembers the creature turning towards where the screams were coming from and being able to see his mother running towards him with a broom in her hands. He was dropped to the ground and the creature ran into the woods.
I asked him why he did not run when he first saw the creature. He said that when first approached, the creature stared at thim with huge, dark eyes. After looking into those eyes, he did not know what to do but he did not feel afraid. His family moved from the area shortly after the incident. |
