 the donation. At my request, in memory of my wife
 Brenda, the CBCF will then direct the funds to a
 facility seeking a "cure", rather than a "control".
 

Provincials

Hello again! Just a question (non specific to any team) We were discussing provincials and ratings today and although the teams seem to be pretty well placed this year, we thought that we remembered in other years teams that either got blown out or blew away other teams being moved around between qualifiers and provincials. Does this happen?
