My name is Albert Rehanek, the owner of the "mess", I guess. I am the OMFLL Assistant West Commish.

I do not usually read the Fan Forum but it was suggested that I read it this afternoon.
I will attempt to answer your request.

First off, I have communicated with the West centres the same way all year, I email their Field Rep who in turn communicates the message or schedule to their teams. Except for some typo issues, their was not many issues.
I took the very same path, as I worked on the Provincial schedule. I communicated to the centres that we were starting early on Friday "@ 10am", this was sent out Monday. I also gave them a link to the hotels that I had booked for anyone that wanted to stay in Brampton....along with a site map (directions are already on the OMFLL site)
On Wednesday I sent the schedule to all centres, Executives and Webmaster, using an email list that I was given. I made a mistake and had to resend the schedule out again within minutes.
It was then comminicated to me that there was an error in how the East Midgets were seeded. I corrected the issue and resent it this morning, once again to all centres, Executives and Webmaster.

We are starting early on Friday because of the request from teams, members and officials so they can attend the Toronto Nationals first game.
We only have 6 fields available for the weekend and thus the schedule has been condensed from the 8 fields we usually have. Thus the delay in recreating the schedule template.
Those are the two reasons...
