Licensing fees also killed the Slixx NASCAR decal line. They produced decals for drivers/schemes that R-M never would. The way I saw it, each model built and shown was free advertising for the sponsors but I guess the lawyers wanted their pound of flesh hence Slixx, now R-M pulling the plug.
Oh well, now I can start on the 200 plus NASCAR kits I have stashed away. Big question is where will I put them afterward?
