Response to Anyone know when that Trumpeter 1/12 GT40 is coming out? nm

As mainly an airplane guy, I was looking here to see opinions on this kit. Looks like my LHS has pulled another surprise out of the hat as it was available last week in Vancouver. Lots of parts: 5 white sprues, 5 chromed sprues, 2 clear and one each of black, gold (wheels) and silver (engine with the block painted gold). The body shell parts are packed in a separate box. As a boomer infatuated with this car I couldn't help myself. I agree that Trumpeter kits of late are over-priced, but in this one you get a lot for your money......and it's a GT40!! Gary
