Response to ? Anyone have the new Trumpeter GT-40? Your Thoughts?
Which confuses me - as Airfix made a 12th scale Ford GT40 many years ago. It's long out of production and I think that it suffered from a bout of protest or some legal action from GT40 owners or Ford itself (my memory on this is hazy, at best) but it was a desirable kit, in its day.

Not sure that I'm gonna spring the £120 that the Trumpy is over here in the UK - but it has certainly attracted my attention.

Some of your comments make me wonder if it IS worth the price, but I just know IF I had the money, I'd have to have it! happy.gif

Kevin S - looking forward to seeing some builds of this long awaited kit.
