Sonny, the kits you are looking for were made by MPC, later re-released by AMT-Ertl

Response to Dodge Coronet 1976 help

I know, having owned a couple, that MPC did "annual" kits of the 1977 and 1978 Dodge Monaco 2 door. In the early 1980's the mold was altered to create a 4 door Monaco sedan as a tie in to both the The Dukes of Hazzard and TJ Hooker TV shows. The four door was last available from AMT-Ertl. Look for a boxing called "Gotham City PD\Joker Goon Car" that was a tie in with the Batman movie from the late 1980's. If you search on e-bay, the 2 and 4 door kits should be available. The Coronet nameplate was dropped after 1976, and the same basic car was renamed the Monaco in 1977. The biggest difference is the 1976 had one single round headlight on either side of the grille, while the 77 & 78 had two stacked square headlights on either side of the grille.

Good luck, and HTH,
mmack
