...the ancient AMT 1/25 kit still holds up pretty darn well, believe it or not.

It's an early 260 and not a 289 because it doesn't have the vents in the front fenders, but you can add those and make it a 289 if you want. Neat little kit. The trunk opens and unlike many kits, this feature actually fits and works pretty well!

I've built two and have at least three more copies in the pile. The next one I want to do in bare aluminum, and as soon as I can figger out how to get the finish I want, I'm gonna do that one.
