I thought all the LX Mustangs were "notchbacks".

Thats the 5.0 liter most used by police agencies, right?  Reliable Resin has had a notchback body but I didn't see it on their site right now.

Most kits are of the hatchback.  AMT made an 88 hatch.  There's one on Ebay now but it comes up regularly.

Not ALL LX Mustangs were notchbacks. There was a LX hatchback offered too

The LX line offered the convertible, notchback, and hatchback, all with the same 2.3L 4 cyl or 5.0L V8 option.

As for creating an LX hatchback in 1/24 or 1/25, the poster will have to do some surgery on an AMT 1988 Mustang GT, or a Revell 1993 Cobra.

Good Luck!
