Does anyone produce any modern accessories like Jerry Cans, Sand Channels, Rucksacks, Pouches, Ammunition Boxes, or any of the general paraphernalia that the military tend to cram into their vehicles in either 1/24 or 1/25 scale at all? Either I must be blind for searching to hard or there isn't anything out there to have.
Any help would be appreciated. I'll also ask this question on the Tank Talk Forum.
There aren't a whole lot of 1/24 military kits, and most of them were done wayyyyyyyy back in the late 60s or early 70s, before the days of lots of aftermarket. These days, 1/16 is more common for accessories. I can think of a few jerry cans but they are poor (one comes in the Aoshima Mad Max car for example).
75mm is the closest figures scale to 1/24/25 you might find some odds and ends at a place like The Red Lancers but I wouldn't hold my breath.
some of the old MPC Bronco's or Willys Jeep kits
I recall having jerrycans and if you can find them Tamiya used to produce some 1/25 scale US military figures.
Also the Italeri and Hasegawa U.S jeep kits have at least
one jerrycan.
