Bandi Alfa Romeo.

Hi.
I've just acquired a 1:20th Bandia Alfa Romeo model 1931 8C 2300.
The chap I bought it from says its been in his attic for over 30 years, and the box looks like it has.
Anyone know anything about this kit? It looks well moulded and the bags in the box are still sealed, only one part is off the sprue, the decals are still there and even look usable.

Bandi or Bandai?

I've never heard of Bandi or Bandia. If its a Bandai kit (A japanese model company that made the OUTSTANDING 1/48 Military Pinpoint series back in the early 1970s) the model should be second to none for the time it was made.

I've always loved their 1/48th kits. Even their tank models had an interior and engine.

I built Bandai tanks back then, and have some kits now... they weren't so hot. Even then compared to what Airfix were doing in 1/32, they had problems. Have a look at some:
