Revell has a snapper (curbside) '63 Corvette coupe that's pretty decent.

AMT has a '63 coupe that comes with a 427 (left over from when it was a '67). It's not in production at the moment but it's VERY common and cheap and they're always on eBay. I've bought several of them just for parts to restore some old original AMT '63-'67 Sting Ray glue bomb projects.
