I'd break the pattern down into layers the same as German camouflage.

base color for the overall fur

Darker tan blobs

Black outline spots around the tan

A little white around the edge of the pelt for the belly fur if its visible

There are probably different kinds of Jaguars so I'd find pictures of one from Central America to be safe.
