From the questions you asked earlier about the die cast and plastic tanks, I assume you are more of a collector and not so much a modeller?
The Easy Models pre finished figures are "okay" for what they are... somewhere between a very good toy and a poor model. They aren't as accurate or well done as a properly built and painted plastic, resin or metal figure. On the other hand, they are cheaper and pre-finished if you don't want to or can't build them yourself.
Dragon has some nice 1/35 pre painted figures that are really pretty nice. They seem to be assembled versions of their kit figures. Tamiya has some basic pre finished figures too that are average quality. They are not inaccurate or anything... just very simple and not highy detailed.
Nearly all of the mass produced, pre finished, collectable/die cast stuff is to some degree or another toylike. Details are thicker, markings or colors may be less accurate or bogus, paint jobs are often simplified for mass painting, etc.
Ultimately if you want a good, accurate, realistic diorama the best bet is to buy the models and figures and paint them yourself to match historic photos and good reference works.
