      You cannot use enamels on a vinyl figure unless you use an Acrylic primer, or base coat, first. The enamels will not cure properly and lacquers can attack the vinyl. I painted a vinyl Terminator and Robocop using Testors enamels over an acrylic base coat with very good results.
