Alot of times its good to buy them direct, ie buy Blast figures from Blast in France... they have good service and a better selection of their own stuff...
I have purchased many figures from Chuck at Red Lancers and never had a problem.
Once I ordered a 120mm resin figure and the head was defective. I called Chuck, he checked his stock and found a second defective head. He located a new head and sent it to me pronto.
Nice service and honest.

Hes not a "discount" shop, but his selection and service far outweigh any savings you might get by shopping around.
I had a large resin kit missing two key parts. I called Chuck, and he was going to see if he had spares from another kit. Instead, I got the new parts direct from the company in Europe (to FLorida) in about 7 days.
In another case, a model I bought from him had over-etched photo-etch. I saw the metal parts were in the kit but didnt unwrap them so I didn tknow they were defective... So when i went to work on the kit (was like a $200 model) some two years later... I found that the extensive parts were defective and totally unusable. I called Chuck to ask about buying replacements or how to contact the manufacturer, but he sent me the parts I needed PRONTO... no questions asked.
I don't buy tons of stuff from TRL on a regular basis, but if he has what I need, I have no hesitation to buy from there...
