Carhop babe from American Graffiti

I was wondering if anyone knows who makes that lovely carhop babe figure based right off the one from the American Graffiti movie poster? I've been hunting for one now for a while and no luck. I know of two: the one that came with the Revell 1/25 scale '56 Thunderbird (kit# 86-4952) and the resin figure which I guess is the one that David Whitford won 1st place with at this year's IPMS Nats.

I'm looking for either one, any help on this subject?

I think they have a generic car hop and a topless version, but also the American Graffiti one. I know they make the movie one... I have it.

I noticed that IPMS had it listed as a scratch built figure. So was David Whitford the original sculptor of the kit? Also is the kit still available in the large scale?
