Best book on painting military figures???

I am just beginning to paint 120MM figures, mostly German and also civil war figures. I do not have a clue how to paint faces or uniforms, I have built aircraft my whole time and want to get into the figure world. What is the best book which will he me be successful.

Still can't beat the Shep Paine book

I think he did one for Kalmbach along with the painting sections in his armor and diorama books.

Some of the Verlinden Way books cover figure painting.

There are some good online tutorials. Check out Missing Links.

Osprey has some good new books that cover more modern paints and techniques.
